When something no longer feels right
You have built a life that looks good on paper. You are thoughtful, capable, and used to figuring things out — in your work, in your life, and often for others as well. But lately, something doesn’t feel quite right anymore. Maybe everything feels like a lot. Your mind doesn’t switch off. You keep going, but it’s costing you more energy than it used to. Or maybe it’s the opposite. Things feel flat. Understimulating. You find yourself wondering: is this really it?You might recognise both. Moments of overwhelm, followed by moments of restlessness. You’re doing what’s expected. You’re doing what makes sense. But something in you is starting to question it. What many of the people I work with discover is that this feeling isn’t random. It’s often connected to how you think, how deeply you process, and how you experience the world. Not something that is “wrong” — but something that hasn’t fully been understood yet. And once you start to understand that, things begin to shift. You don’t have to push harder or adapt more. You can start making choices that actually fit you — in your work, your life, and your relationships.
Do you recognize yourself in this?
💡 I often think and feel deeply — and sometimes wonder if I’m simply wired differently.
💡 Despite my achievements, I feel restless, unfulfilled, or like I don’t quite fit in.
💡 I sometimes question if I might be gifted — or worry that I’m just overestimating myself.
💡 I long for deep meaning in work and life, but feel stuck or overwhelmed trying to find it.
💡 My thoughts run in circles, and I struggle to turn reflection into action.
💡 Relationships can feel draining or unsatisfying, even when I care deeply.
💡 I’m intense, creative, and sensitive — in a world that often doesn’t seem to value those traits.
If these statements resonate with you, you are in the right place.
Giftedness: high intelligence and more
Giftedness is characterised by high intelligence. At the same time, it involves more than cognitive ability alone. It also relates to how a person thinks, perceives, feels, and creates meaning in work and life.
Thinking
You process information quickly and thoroughly.
You spot patterns others miss and connect dots effortlessly.
Your mind thrives on complexity, learning, and innovation.
Analytical thinking, strategic insight, and creativity are second nature.
Feeling
You feel deeply and care intensely — about people, ideas, and justice.
Authenticity and integrity are non-negotiables for you.
You may feel out of sync in surface-level environments.
You seek depth, meaning, and emotional truth.
Being
You are intrinsically motivated and have a strong inner compass.
Independence and autonomy are essential for your well-being.
You hold yourself to high standards — often higher than others expect.
Purpose and alignment matter more than praise or position.
