These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by GiftedMindsUnlocked, the practice of Inga Mons, based in the Netherlands. By visiting my website, booking a session, or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
My Services
Through GiftedMindsUnlocked, I offer:
- Individual coaching sessions (online or in person)
- Online workshops and group sessions
- In-company trainings
- Digital products and downloadable materials
- Blog articles and affiliate book recommendations
Booking & Payment
- Coaching sessions and workshops need to be booked in advance.
- Prices are listed in euros (€) and may include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is required before the session or delivery of a digital product.
- I accept payments via [bank transfer and iDeal].
Cancellation & Rescheduling
For coaching sessions:
- You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
For workshops and group sessions:
- Cancellation is possible up to 7 days in advance for a full refund.
- After that, no refunds can be given unless someone else takes your place.
For digital products:
- Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Responsibility & Results
Coaching is a collaborative process. I do my best to support and guide you, but you remain responsible for your own choices, progress, and outcomes. Please note: I do not offer therapy or medical advice.
Intellectual Property
All materials I create — including handouts, tools, and digital products — are my intellectual property. You’re welcome to use them for personal purposes, but you may not reproduce or distribute them without my permission.
Privacy
I handle your personal data with care and in line with my Privacy Policy. Your information is never sold or shared without your consent.
Affiliate Links
Some blog posts and pages may include affiliate links (e.g., to books I recommend). If you click on these and make a purchase, I may receive a small commission — at no extra cost to you. I only link to products I genuinely recommend.
Concerns & Complaints
I aim to offer a respectful and safe space for every client. If something doesn’t feel right or if you have a complaint, please reach out to me so we can talk it through.
- Dutch law applies to all services.
- In case of disputes, the competent court in the Netherlands will handle the matter.
